From Selecting your Dream Home to The Deed of Purchase


We will be committed to assisting you every step of the way, from visiting a number of selected properties with the client to the signing up of the final purchase contract.

  1. Guidance on your property selection
  2. Representation of the buyer in the price negotiation process
  3. Obtaining the clients "Codice Fiscale" (equivalent to National Insurance Number)
  4. Assisting in opening the client's bank account
  5. Drafting and definition of preliminary agreement
  6. Selection of a notary
  7. Liaise with the notary in the definition of the Deed of Purchase

Commission


For the services mentioned above we charge:


A fixed percentage for complete assistance up to the Deed of Purchase.
